How I handle the personal data you share with me through this website. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Who I am
This website is run by Veselin Parashkevov, a freelance email marketer based in Bulgaria, working under the name FYRVEK. I am the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach me at hello@fyrvek.com.
What data I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, store URL, the service you select, and your message.
- Email: anything you send to hello@fyrvek.com, including your email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
I do not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and this website does not set cookies.
Why I use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before entering into a contract).
- To carry out the work if we agree on a project (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
- To keep records required by law, such as tax records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, legal obligation).
I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who processes the data for me
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts my hello@fyrvek.com mailbox.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep our correspondence and project records for as long as needed to complete the work, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@fyrvek.com and I will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). If you live elsewhere, you can contact the authority in your own country.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
