Who will actually do the work?
I will. I write, design and build everything myself.
Do you run Meta ads or manage media buying?
No. I write the emails, pages and ad concepts. Running the ads stays with you or your media buyer.
How fast do projects move?
The starter offer is live in 2 weeks. The audit takes five working days. Sprints run one to three weeks. Dates are agreed in writing before we start.
How do we work together?
By email or Slack, in writing. You get each draft as a document or a Klaviyo preview link, leave your comments, and I make the changes. Calls are fine when a decision needs one. I reply within 24 hours on working days.
How do I pay?
50% when we start and 50% when the flow is ready to go live, by bank transfer in USD or GBP. Before we start, you get a short written offer that lists the scope, dates and price.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, for research and to speed up production. The strategy, the writing decisions and the final quality check are mine.
What if we are not on Shopify or Klaviyo?
Shopify and Klaviyo are where I work best. If you use something else, tell me what it is and I will say honestly whether I'm a good fit.
